Def the BEST rv spot in Houston. The staff are great and keep the park clean. If my job wasn’t so far I def would’ve stayed a lot longer. Will def return in the near future.
I highly recommend this RV park. I had reserved 30 days in one of their pull through sites, but had some major breakdown issues on the way to Houston. My trailer ended up in a shop and I couldn't check in or use my reservation. June at the front desk was super understanding, and so friendly when i explained the situation. Since i don't know yet how long repairs will take, the front desk helped me out and refunded most of my reservation.
With my rig in the shop, having to stay in hotels, and working through the insurance process, Eric & Jay's took one big concern off my plate.
I appreciate the heck out of the office crew, and I will definitely be re-booking with them when my rig is fixed.
10/10 they didn't have to work with me at all on this, but they did!
What a wonderful place. What a rare jem.
The facilities are top quality - the pool, gym, clubhouse, lake, showers.
There is a daily schedule with nice activities, whether is be a party or an on the house food.
Service staff are always around to help with a smile.
The management is perfect.
And last but not least- there is a real sense off a community, even if you are there for a short time.
We stayed a month - and if not for prior plans we would have stayed longer.

Great place to stay! We stayed here about a week in Feb 2024 and recommend it 100%. We flew home for a few days and had no concerns about the safety of leaving our rig with the fence and coded gate. The staff was lovely and helped us find a service to wash our rig and truck. Seems like this resort has a lot of long term residents but unlike many such places, this one is neat and tidy - both the public spaces and individual sites.
