Good news for Snowbirds and Winter Texans… we average 204 sunny days every year and NO snow, so you can leave your mittens behind. Here, secluded under the pine trees and palmettos, we are 25 miles from the hectic pace of city life, but close enough to Houston to enjoy all of its attractions. Our friendly, neighborly 30-acre park offers the best of both worlds.

Dunn Right is the best parks we have stayed at. Brandi and Jason are wonderful!
They go over and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The park is beautiful and very well taken care of all sites are spacious and lot rent is a decent price. All amenities are always clean and presentable, they have laundry, showers and restrooms, dog park, dog wash, a pool/hot tub, play area for kids and the Waterin Hole. This park and it’s staff are the absolute best, if we ever needed to be back in the area we would always come here without a doubt.

Best place to stay in your RV!! People were friendly. Food trucks and watering hole in the park. Can't say enough about the owners.. Brandi and family were great. Great communication for activities, very responsive to all issues. Only negative is the train...the RV park is close to tracks. Highly recommend!!
Great RV park! Large, roomy lots, responsive owners, and it has its own Watering Hole (open air pavilion with bar and events)!
Stayed in a 44' 5th wheel pull through site for 3 weeks. Easy ingress/egress in and around gated park. A ~ 2 yr old park that is family owned/operated/living on site. All amenities are1st class... including full hook-up equipment, wide pads, generous spacing between sites, weekly lawn service, daily trash pick-up at each site, spotless restrooms, showers, laundry, and pet cleaning areas. Nice pool and great Watering Hole entertainment area. Service is 1st class.
This was our first time here and we came to see some friends. Brandi is a ROCK STAR! We asked to extend our stay over Christmas for another week. She said they were pretty full but to leave it with her for a day or two. She took care of us! The pond is well stocked and the spaces are nice and large with plenty of room to fit our 45' motorhome and a towed. The sites are clean and well maintained with plenty of space between you and your neighbors. They pick up trash every morning too. This is on the keeper list!
