Welcome to Houston, Texas’ newest RV Resort! Jetstream RV Resort at The Med Center is an exciting, new RV resort in Houston, Texas for long-term and short-term residents. We’re close to all the action of the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium & Arena, and Houston’s top area attractions and restaurants, making Jetstream RV Resort a convenient home base. Just 10 miles from Downtown Houston and 5 miles from the Texas Medical Center, you can also enjoy the excitement of world-class music, restaurants, museums, and more. This fresh, new development consists of 165 RV spaces in an access-controlled RV resort with full water and sewer connections, hard-wired fiber internet, and electricity hookups. Large drive lanes of 30 feet and 32 feet wide allows for easy maneuvering. Select spaces will feature private fenced yards and covered parking.
The clubhouse is 4,300 SF and will feature 6 individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, an arcade room, a business center, a resident lounge and community kitchen and a laundry room. Outdoor amenities include a pool with tanning shelves, a “beer garden” with picnic tables, fire pit, yard games and grills, a pond with a perimeter walking trail, a dog wash, a putting green, a playground and rental storage units. Other amenities will include golf cart rentals and reserved parking spaces – both regular and oversized.
Jetstream RV Resort at The Med Center is located less than 5 miles from the Texas Medical Center (TMC). TMC is the world’s largest medical center and is situated in a 2-mile block on more than 1,345 total acres. TMC contains more than 50 medicine-related institutions with 21 hospitals, 8 specialty institutions, 8 research organizations, 4 medical schools and much more. The Texas Medical Center’s 61 member institutions have been consistently recognized as some of the best hospitals and universities in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. In April of 2018, TMC announced the creation of TMC3, a multi-institutional 30-acre research campus that brings together the best institutions in clinical care, research and industry projecting to create 30,000 jobs.
Being inside the inner loop of Houston (Loop 610), this resort provides easy access to all areas of Houston including Downtown, Midtown, Museum District, Uptown, and even The Port of Houston. As the fifth most populous metro in the U.S., there is something for everyone!
We moved into Jetstream RV park & resort a couple of weeks ago and so far we LOVE it here! We have been to MANY RV parks all over the country and we are happy to have found this gem. We are looking forward to spending several months here. The entire property is clean and well taken care of. The owners and staff are very nice, the other guests are friendly and keep to themselves for the most part. They have a very comfortable atmosphere here. We have had zero noise complaints. The WiFi isn’t the fastest but we get a pretty decent connection for our TVs which is important. Their amenities are awesome and they even have a nice gym and a heated pool which most places we have stayed at don’t have. Jetstream RV park is by far the nicest park we have visited and we are very happy to call it home ❤️
This is my favorite RV park in Houston, It is very pretty and clean. The staff are very nice and welcoming. My family felt very safe and secure. We loved the heated pool and the clubhouse! We will be coming back this summer for a longer stay. I would like to thank the staff for providing the best service.
The staff was very pleasant, however, the restrooms were usually filthy as well as the laundry. The vending machine did not work and the exit gate was open most nights all night. We stayed 11 days and were disappointed. We are now at a Jetstream park in Georgetown and it is Wonderful.
We have been traveling the US and living in our RV for almost 3 years now and this has to be one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The amenities are top notch, my personal favorite is the gym, my wife's is the coffee bar, and the kid loves the free arcade!! The staff is great, especially Carmen who gave us a great tour and has been helpful throughout our entire stay so far. Would recommend it to anyone looking in the area!
I am absolutely thrilled that I found this place! I have had only positive experiences, I even extended my stay another month! I have super easy access to everything, especially TMC and Pearland. I love the staff!! Everyone is super friendly, residents and staff. I love that it’s so clean and they have a ton of amazing amenities, it’s so beautiful here 😍 The dog wash came in very handy a couple times for me too! There’s always activities/events or food trucks. Just a great place to relax, it’s quiet it’s beautiful it’s clean and there’s plenty to do
