Monthly:$500 per month plus electricity($0.12/kwh) plus$200 security deposit
Weekly:$225 per week(Electricity included)

My family and I truly enjoy and appreciate the experience at this resort. The resort is quiet with pet friendly and an inviting family atmosphere. We have made use of all the amenities on multiple occasions. One of the major catalysts for this 5 🌟 rating is the office manager, Cinthia. When it comes to attention to detail, responsiveness and communication, Cinthia is realms above any other property manager, I've experienced. What would be considered by many as going "Above & Beyond," is her standard daily practice. Having a person of her caliber, here at the resort adds additional layers of harmony & joy for my family to a place we truly call "Home"

Cinthia, the RV park manager was one of the best i have ever had to deal with. She was fun, professional and very caring,always made time for the guest and was very attentive.

Lived here for about 2 years and loved it! :) the owner keeps it very clean and safe! the park never looks run down ! Its very nice. Love the pool!! We were sad to leave and will probably be back one day! Cynthia is the sweetest and very helpful!

Cinthia, the site manager is the absolute best at her job! A complete professional, very articulate and knowledgeable. Always made time for any issues or concerns I may have had an a very efficient and clear communicator.
I would recommend Cullen to all my friends and family members and it will always be my go to destination for all my RV accommodations in the Houston area.
This is a great RV resort, Cynthia the manager is so kind, and helpful, we had an issue, and had to extend our stay, she worked with us and we truly appreciated her empathy. She has a great personality and and down to earth, you can't fake that! We enjoyed the gorgeous decor in the club house/game room, we played pool and ping pong....lovely pond, children and people fishing, nice swings and play area, thanks, Cynthia, you made our stay better!!!
