Located 21 miles from The Woodlands and Houston. Take Hwy 105 about 11 miles west of Conroe, TX to Montgomery, TX. In Montgomery go south on FM 149 for approximately 4 miles. The park will be on the left.
Stayed for 13 weeks, absolutely a wonderful place. Concrete level sites, great water pressure, no electrical issues and very secure park with no drama. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Resort style pool with tiki bar area. Would come back!!!! Thank you for having us.
We just finished a 3 night stay over Memorial Day weekend. While they are still under construction adding more spots, everything that is done is very nice! Very friendly staff. We look forward to staying here again.
Lots of construction starting early between 7:00 and 7:30. The park is nice but is still in progress of being built so there is no peace and quiet all day. You can go outside after 5:00 when all the construction is done for the day. The gym is not really a gym, it’s some equipment next to the pool table. The pool is fabulous and the grounds are beautiful. I would go back, but I would first ask what construction is planned for the days I’m there! Also, signage upon arrival is not clear... need a sign to tell you where to go once you are in the gate.
RV Parks are a dime a dozen but, this one is a TOTAL GEM! Traveling around the US full time you get to like good RV Parks and this is the BEST!! The owners have put a lot of time and effort into it. And, the best part is they are still adding and improving! The setting, amenities and staff are all excellent! If you don't have an RV they offer cabins, a loft apartment and a huge house to rent! Many many repeat campers come and we meet up on big weekends for the awesome festivities the park has! This is truly our home away from home!!
We have stayed here several times and LOVE IT! It's quiet, out of the way, yet close enough to shopping, dining out and entertainment. Those that run everything are so sweet and great to work with. They do have some folks that are long term and they are extremely enjoyable to be around. We always felt welcome and at home. The pool is great! The ponds are quite a surprise! They also have a great entertainment area where you can play pool, work out, play games or cards, or just hang out and read. Love it here and we always look forward to our stays!
