Fantastic park to live or stop for a while! We looked at a lot of parks around the area, this was the only one with grown trees for shade & gravel, instead of blistering hot concrete. They also gave a lovely pond with a water fountain and statues.
The administration when we lived there were very kind and helpful, as is the maintenance crew. We lived there for about 2 years, & miss the people. 😘 To all my friends out there, we really miss you guys/gals! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Hopefully no one breaks a water pipe this year. 😉
We enjoyed our week here, with nice views of ponds, plenty of trees, and ducks 😄... peaceful. Friendly service, too.
The staff all employees were very helpful, kind and social. The place was great well-kept up, and I would definitely go back. For runners, you are right outside of a neighborhood that can give you a few miles of running. You are also close to woodlands that provides every bit of running past that you need. You’re not that far away from biking. Great place for dogs, walking is very easy even into the neighborhoods for long walks, and short walks for your dog. Love this place and will definitely visit again. Thank you.
This was a very nice park with only 2 exceptions. The weather was Very hot in the Houston area. I used the laundry facility in the middle of the park. While there was a very small AC unit in the building, it was completely insufficient. It was nearly as hot inside as it was outside.
Also, there was no restroom on the premises and not running water other than the washers. No was to use the bathroom or get a drink of water. 2 hours in the building to do my wash was very uncomfortable.
Clean place, only thing I didn't enjoy was the traffic coming out of there. You have to turn right and go to red light and u-turn to come back to 45. Took us several times at light to make the u-turn. It's just a heavily traveled road. Wouldn't want to deal with that daily. The RV park itself is nice. Little expensive
