Beautiful place, nice sites once you can manage to back into them. We made a reservation and everyone was so nice until we showed up and we weren’t 55+( we’re short 10 years). They say kid friendly although we don’t have any and does not say anything on the front entrance sign about age requirement nor did it say anything when we googled the place. We use goodsam and all the other 55+ communities clearly state 55+. Now we are told we can only stay 1 week although we booked For 3 weeks. But please when you answer the phone, tell people up front that this is 55+, don’t just assume people know!

After buying our first camper, we reserved a site here to test our equipment and out knowledge close to home before going on a long trip. From making the reservation to check in, we found it very easy. We were in a pull through site. The site is clean and has a paver patio. Concrete pad made for easy leveling and set up. If you like to fish the pier is great. Not far from restaurants and stores. Very quite too.

Very clean park and for those who enjoy activities they have a vast amount. The park is undergoing renovations, getting new laundry, shower house, main office, and outdoor activity area. The ladies in the office are very friendly and really try to help you with your needs.

Our family had an absolute blast at River Vista RV Park this year. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff and welcomed by the residents. We spent every weekend there for two months and had a fantastic time exploring the various places accessible by boat.

One of the highlights of the park is its incredible amenities. We took full advantage of the pool, enjoyed playing pool in the clubhouse, utilized the exercise room, and appreciated the convenience of the shower house and washer and dryers. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The camp sites at River Vista RV Park are spacious and accommodating. We had plenty of room to set up our camper and felt comfortable throughout our stay. What made our experience even better was the opportunity to make friends with other campers. The set-up of the park allowed us to easily hop between friends' campers, creating a sense of community and camaraderie.

We are already looking forward to returning to River Vista RV Park for several years to come. The memories we made and the friendships we formed will stay with us forever. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and enjoyable camping experience.

There is a house we want to buy here but the monthly rent is incredibly high with annual increases, we would be priced out before we know it and have a hard time selling because of the annual lot rent increases. Because of the account mentioned I know this is why the seller is having so much trouble selling. I love this park and can see spending the rest of our lives here but not at the lot rent price they charge
