From jct I-95 (exit 173) & Hwy 514 (Malabar/Palm Bay exit): Go 4-1/2 mi E on Hwy 514, then 2 blocks S on US 1 (5 mi S of Melbourne on US 1).
We are on a great site at this 55 and over park. It is very quiet. They have lots of activities to participate in.
We have been here for 19 years it is a great park, we can see the sun rise over the river in the morning, and we have great neighbors.
We are loving it. View from their private Pier. Anyone that has put a negative review is just not going to be happy no matter what. This is a great park staff if very courteous and we have been in several parks in Florida that we can not say that. Found out new home here.
