From US Hwy 301 in Thonotosassa, go east on Florence Ave for approximately 1/2 mile and the entrance is on the right.
RV lots are so close together that you are practically on top of each other. I felt like I was in a ghetto of RV parks. Office closed on weekends so we had to wait for someone to come out to us to show us where we were to set up. It was pretty quiet though
Very clean and friendly park. Nice lots. people are friendly and the rates are reasonable too
My husband and I come down to Florida for the winter. Southern Aire RV Resort is very quiet and the people are so friendly. It is also very clean and well kept.
This is a great place to live! It has very reasonable prices and great amenities! Love the office staff, always good for a smile or and friendly ear!
Nice park the office staff were great and very helpful
Only used laundry, had some washer broke but had plenty more to do laundry. We would stay there again. We stayed in a 40ft toy hauler.
