Nice place, lots of amenities, close to Walmart and other shopping and groceries. Family friendly to an extent.... The park itself is family friendly (even LARGE family...4+ kids) but some of the seasonal and full time residents don't LOVE the children. Well kept, regular yard/grounds maintenance, pretty tree lined streets and a ton of variety as far as lots (concrete patios, driveways, grassy depending on your preference). Despite what I've seen when doing a Google search.... This park is NOT a 55+ only park.... Family's and children ARE welcome!

We came here as a part of our Thousand Trails membership and were not thrilled. There are many good features but also several things that need addressed. This area has some full time or long term spots. Most of these spots are well maintained. There seems to be many rules in place to keep it looking nice but I don't believe these rules are being enforced. First of all animals are spoosed to be on a leash. Almost every night our RV was visited by a cat that was super loud right outside our RV. We did not have any food around to attract the cat so not sure why it was there but it was very long and only around at night. It had to be someone cat that is local because it did have a collar on. It would get right under our bedroom and cry. The neighbor was our other big issue. He seemed to have a dog but I never saw it. I did hear it very very early in the morning barking for at least an hour. Our campsites were so close that I could hear his dog running back and forth in the camper when I was in my camper. It sounded like something in our roof. This neighboring camper was all the way to the edge of his site so his slide-out was over on our side. At one point we could see liquid leaking out of the camper and it did not smell good. That is when we left. He also had all kinds of work supplies laying out in front of his camper. It was a mess. There were many 5 gallon buckets, ladders, scrap wood, propane tanks, and multiple trash cans. This Campground also forgot to mention to us that the men's restrooms were under construction and the men have to use Porta potties which were not kept clean. The men's restroom is under construction but never saw anyone working on it for the week we were there. There are very many nice features and events. They did have an awesome BBQ food truck one night. They have a very nice activities area with pool, hotub, shuffle board, tennis, and several other activities. They have any wonderful activities schedule on almost everyday. The campground is also in an area very close to grocery stores. I guess I was a little frustrated with our spot because I did not get very many pictures. We did enjoy the pond area with an alligator.

The pool area has been out Dec-Jan for a month. A lot of Snowbirds are frustrated. This is during high time and has happened the last three years in a row. The residents are absolute wonderful as they embellish the park with their activities, but there are too many issues at this resort.
