This should be labeled Space Coast Mobile park not RV park. The place has mainly full time campers who do not take care of the place. Sites had sewer hoses and trash laying around them. I have stayed at many places that have full timers but they enforce some sort of cleanliness rules. Dogs were allowed to run free and if you said you need to put a leash on the dog the comment was I live here. There were no activities except the pool and office staff were to busy to discuss anything. Encore or Thousand Trails or whoever owns this needs to clean the place up. The only good thing is the location. Sites are small and if you put your awning out you may be on your neighbors site.

Threw me and my husband out with 3 hours notice because my husband who is disabled was “loud and annoying” and he liked to do laundry at night. There were always atleast 5 or 6 other residents who also did laundry through the night. Due to his disability, he is restless at night while I’m out working all night every night. It was the most horrible abusive treatment we have ever been through. They immediately called police after telling us in case we decided to stay. Well, no thank you! Who would want to stay after that humiliation and heartless cruelty?? I’m completely traumatized! I’ve never dealt with police in my life!! We were paid through April and we still haven’t been given a refund. The community, though, was fantastic! We had many neighbors who sided with us and none of our direct neighbors had anything negative to say. In fact, they were horrified!! We will be staying in touch with them.

This is NOT a hotel as Google has it listed… Staying for the winter this year! Office staff is VERY nice, friendly, and helpful! Lots of full time residents (not a 55+ park). Roads are in need of repair in the back part of the park. Front is very nice. Paying $1170/month for a FHU RV site. Nice clean laundry rooms. Can pay via cash, card, or app.

I cannot say enough about Sherry, Rhonda and Mike for helping us out. THANK YOU!!!! We were only scheduled to be here one night but unfortunately on the way to the RV resort we got into an accident which damaged the front end of the coach and the master break cylinder. We were at a loss...The coach could not go onto the road until the breaks were fixed. They did not have any openings in the park but allowed us to boondock in the old entrance area. With their help we were able to come up with a plan. We could not find anyone locally to fix the breaks, good thing my husband is handy (although the ordered parts did not come) it gave my husband time to work on the RV to get it so we could safely take it on the road to the repair shop in Port St Lucie.

We will definitely be coming back to this resort in the future.
