Never had the opportunity to stay there, because our Dalmatian is banned from there. Manager gave me the excuse that the insurance company was restricting certain breeds. I have NEVER ever heard of a Dalmatian being restricted from a campground. When I asked the name of the insurance company, she stated she couldn't remember. She also stated that no dogs over 35 lbs were permitted because some of the older residents found them "intimidating". Another first for us..

Quail Run is an RV park.. very nice. Clean, very friendly people from the folks who own the place to the very many guests that stay here. Things to do, close to Tampa very nice!

If I could rate a negative -5 stars I would. I lived as a resident for 9 years so what I say is the truth, I have seen many things while there. If you are planning a stay there I would find somewhere else unless you prefer the old East Germany style of living. The owners/managers are the rudest vindictive, nastiest people you will ever encounter if they don't like you or just decide to excert their power over you and make your life upsetting uneasy and unjust. I've seen them make residents cry because a visitor may have followed a car in without signing in. Little things like that. Anyway the choice is up to you where to go. You have been informed of the nasty power hungry management. Stay at your own risk, I would rather sleep at a rest stop then go here.

These idiots wasted my time with an email request I made for a reservation. Once they found out my Class A $200,000 motorhome was a year model 2013, they suddenly had no availability. No units over 10 years old, yet they have photos of long term units much much older. Not too mention the campground is old, so they should be banned from all camping guides. Don't waste your time with these arrogant rude people.

Very nice staff at office who helped a newbie couple first timers. Gave us a pull through site. Park is very clean and pleasant. Folks were friendly and helpful. We used this as our shake down trip. Only draw back was the I 75 highway noise with our site#174. Overall very nice for our first stay!
