Stayed at St Lucie Campground. 8 slips, entertaining lock, great volunteer host.
The tent sites are such a great experience. The floating dock on river is nice place to sit and put your feet in the water. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay with alligator, rabbit and bird sightings. Next time we will be sure to pack our hammock! Only down side is the highway noise.
I have not had a chance to stay at the park yet but want to say how they handled me having to postpone my stays due to my treatments has been nothing but first class. Hoping to stay at this park soon. Excellent customer service!
We stopped at Phipps Park Campground for one night in transit to our final destination.. The facility was clean.. could have more shower and bathroom, but at that time, it was not busy.. Our campsite was on the water channel side, and we did appreciate seeing the boat. I highly recommend this place for a great stay.
Stayed here for 2 weeks to visit family over Thanksgiving. The park is very well kept. Restrooms super clean. Easy access in and out of sites. Utilities all worked well. Great water views. The locks are neat you watch. Will definitely be back!
