Resort at Canopy Oaks, Florida’s newest, contemporary, luxury RV resort and cottage community, opened its gates to guests this December 2020. When driving on HWY 60, make a turn onto County Road 630. We are a mile off the highway where the first turn is.
This place is awesome. Spacious lots, restaurants, clubhouse with lots of activities to do. Huge pool area. We love their pizza and subs. Tiki bar is a nice place to gather with everyone and meet new people. Is always a nice place to go back. Totally Family oriented!! Eh 🤷♀️we didn’t like when 1 RUDE maintenance guy (over so many that thumbed up by us) came complained for our music when it wasn’t even loud. Everyone going by our corner lot loved it. So many asked for their favorite songs. It was a fun weekend. We got to meet new people and were pleased to make their stay pleasant too. We were even asked to do Karaoke..😂..Canopy Oaks we are ready to go back..let us know if you want us to DJ service for you..Free of charge!! 🫶
This was my first time staying at an RV resort and I rented a cottage while family were in their RV.. The cottage was nice and fun to stay in (trying the tiny home feel). The grounds itself, was very nice and clean. The staff were all friendly. It was nice to have the General store and Deli right there and (good food) even a spa for those pamper days. The Tiki bar was very nice, bartenders were friendly along with entertainment and food trucks. It was a nice first experience!
For our 2nd stay at Canopy Oaks, we were pleasantly surprised with the streamlined check in process, it made even easier to check in this year. Also the ease of making our reservation for next year was super. We are blissfully happy with our stay and the staff is so nice and helpful.

Great hidden resort in the southern corner of Lake Wales. Friendly staff, beautiful park with full hook ups. Country style atmosphere with most stores within 30 minutes. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Club house and alot of crafts and activities.
