I have an RV, its a Gorgeous place to rest at in your RV! The location is perfect! The staff are helpful and amazing! And your neighbors are the most beautiful & friendly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has an RV! Encore you out did yourselves!💯❤️💯
This place is awesome but the price is high. The only problem we've had so far is that they put a Class C motorhome with four big dogs right beside us knowing we had our little cat with us. There are many empty spots all around the lake but they chose to put four big dogs right beside us and that sucks.
I love this place I always come back this is a very well organized community the people you meet here actually do look out for the children. The residence take pride in knowing who their parents are and keep an eye out for strangers or anybody else that is not from this community. The sunsets here are absolutely beautiful, the wildlife comes right up to the pool to enjoy.
One of our worst encore experiences. Arrived on Christmas Eve and got settled in. Woke up on Christmas with no power. After hours of trying to figure out what was going on, we figured out it was their power box that wasn't working. The office was closed, and we didn’t want to spend Christmas without power, so we decided our best bet was to pack up everything and move to an open spot. We called the following day and told them what happened and the front desk attendant was so incredibly rude. She was upset/annoyed that we moved. She then wanted us to move AGAIN to another spot TWO spots over. And again just met with the most horrendous attitude. We felt so unwelcome and really disappointed with the care we received. We called thousand trails and canceled our reservation and will never again be coming back to this location.
