Full hook up RV park with air conditioned club house and laundry facilities. Caladesi RV Park is nested in the heart of Palm Harbor, Florida, right on the Pinellas Trail, an exercise trail spanning from Tarpon Springs to Clearwater. The Caladesi RV Park is minutes from 5 Tampa Bay area beaches. Tons of shopping and restaurants withing walking distance. Trolley pick up on the property. Just 20 minutes from Tampa or St. Petersburg. 5 minutes to Honeymoon Island, where you can park your RV.
I guess we were lucky to land a spot in Clearwater; however in our opinion if you have other options, take them. Park is crowded and there are many sandy lots that could easily have stone added if the park cared to invest in the infrastructure. The propane is nearly impossible for a larger rig to access. There appear to be many full-timers or seasonal older units with a good deal of clutter which really takes away from the ambiance of being in this area.
Our stay was for 17 days and we experienced no problems. Clean and nice park, so close to so many places. We took the trolley 4 times and walked and rode the Pinellas bike trail daily. We recommend and will most likely return!
This park is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are very clean and good size. We were on a small site, but there are nice sized sites in the park as well. It was very quiet. Nice pool here, though we did not get to use it. Highly recommend!
Clean RV park. It is situated perfectly. Honeymoon Island is close by, it is a very beautiful state park. The beaches are very beautiful. The RV park is right in the center of a neighborhood. There is a ice cream parlor within walking distance. This isn't your typical RV park, it is more of a place to park your RV as you explore the area of Tampa.
