Me and my boys and that includes all there friend. We have been going to Starkey Park Camping since we moved here in 2016 always a great time.
There's always wildlife around never a dull moment I remember one night I stepped out of cabin to use the restroom to see a bobcat on top of my car what a site! 😳 Not phone ready of course 😭 missed that picture. You can also ⛺ so many options. great Park! No fishing tho😔.
Very nice trails throughout the park. Went for a on the 7 mile loop trail, overall it was in good shape. There was one section that was a bit grown up, but not so much that it was a bother to cover. Definitely long portions of the trail have light to no shade, so be prepared. But overall the trails were very pretty.
Now that the bike path is paved Starkey went from a 3 to a 5 star trail. New bathroom and water fountain around the Suncoast trail was a perfect addition! Great scenery and extremely quiet.
