Coleman Landing at Shady Oaks

My boyfriend & I took a day trip here yesterday & if you’re looking for a cozy place to set up tent not far from everything you found your spot!! The camp managers (very helpful & seem like that really care about this place) said it was their first day & you couldn’t tell!! & every camp ground I’ve been to, the bathrooms have been disastrous but not here!! 😊

If we are going to be enforcing the park rules do it right. NO unlicensed vehicles. Not some are ok but others aren't. Was told a mini bike that goes under 20 MPH is not allowed. While mules , gators and golf carts are ok. Some of those do over 40 MPH and are unlicensed. Like rules clearly state. No unlicensed vehicles. Not , some are cool.

Rented a spot for the weekend, the bathrooms were very clean & well taken care off and when speaking with management they were extremely professional and friendly. Such a beautiful view of the water & just refreshing to be outdoors. Will definitely be coming back :)

I spent a good amount of time here and it was amazing! The camp host is wonderful and very helpful. It's nice when the host asks if you are enjoying your stay and let's you know to flag them down if you need anything. What a wonderful experience. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Very nice campground, good price, owners are friendly and helpful. I really liked that there are a lot of beautiful big moss covered trees providing not just cool comfortable shade but a very old Florida scenic area. Bathrooms were always clean, electric at sight worked perfectly, and they have a dump station that I didn’t have to run hose over a curb, all around good experience. Highly recommend and I will be back.
