I hosted an RV Rally with 23 rigs. Edie Allen could not have been more helpful. She was amazing with setting up for us and accommodating. The park was spotlessly clean, easy large sites to get in and out of. We will be back again. I give this park 5 stars.
We just left from our trip. It was our first time but definitely not the last. The grounds were well kept, sites were easy to get in/out, bathhouse and pool area were nice and clean. What made this campground so wonderful was the staff. I didn't get their names but both ladies were very friendly. We usually stay on the island but I quick bike ride over the bridge and we were right at the beach.
After spending most of the last 2.5 years touring the country, especially the east coast, we were blown away by Buttonwood. The service was amazing, the flowers and maintenance had everything looking stunning. We were also shocked by the amount of employees taking care of everything and everyone was so friendly. Being empty nesters, we don't usually need the extra amenities, but our family joined us and the activities are endless and so much fun. We especially enjoyed the glow disco party.
Our site, while not huge for our 44' fifth wheel was level and big enough for what we needed with plenty of overflow parking for the truck.
This is and a nice well maintained campground. However is not habitable with the highway next to your bed. It feels if the cars are running over you when you try to sleep. The highway has rumble bars in the road and the road is next to your RV. (Impossible to sleep). For $130 per night?
Adam's response to my complaint: "9 other sites next to the road are able to sleep"
