Only 4 miles to Sarasota and 45 to Tampa. From I-75 Southbound use Exit 217. From I-75 Northbound use Exit 217B. Go West on SR 70 for 8 miles. Turn South (left) onto US 41. Go to next traffic light, 57th Ave West (Red Lobster on corner) and go East (left). Resort is located 1/4 mile on the left.
I moved back here full time after I tried a different park in the area. The community, management and staff are fantastic! I wouldn’t want to live in any other park.
The "premium" full hookup sites are far from premium. You are literally on top of the camper next to you. The website shows the sites empty, so you have no way of knowing what you're looking at is for 2 campers, not one. The other site they show has a huge RV with a huge outdoor area. Not what you're getting for premium! The website is very deceitful. We drove 10 hours to arrive and be completely disappointed. With two small kids, there was no way we were staying in such tight quarters. The road everyone has to pull in and out of was so busy, even for the short time we were there. We woke up, packed up and headed to the nearest State Park. The "premium" sites you see on the website must be next level premium and are for people who live there seasonally. If you like to camp and sit outside your camper with space and a fire, this is not for you.

Love our community! We started off as seasonal in 2015. Loved it so much we bought a little place annually. Thought we would want a 55 and over community so we sold. Then came back after a year. A lot of life here and the management is excellent. Couldn’t think of a better place to live the Florida lifestyle
