Worst experience we have ever had at a RV Resort. The Dunedin area is very nice, it’s a shame this RV resort is so unfriendly and rude. Accommodating to the retirement crowd. You must belong to the crowd if you stay in the first 3 rows. If you are under 65 and do not interact with the snowbirds that stay there, they will make your stay unpleasant. It felt as if we reverted back to high school clicks. Extremely poor management and communication. They let the snowbirds run the resort. Do not waste your money on this resort! I work remotely and it was very noisy during the work day. Live band playing at their camper several times a week, corn hole in the road and a lot of small barking dogs. However, these things were only acceptable if you were part of their click. Disappointing 3 month stay! It has steered us away from all the Sun Resorts in the future. In fact we stayed a week in Panama City Beach and did not book at the Sun RV Resort due to this experience.

We stayed here for three weeks and had a ball the whole time; we swam every day; we played cornhole; we played shuffleboard every day and the people in Dunedin were super nice! Our street even had a street party where we all shared our favourite meals. Then on St. Patrick’s Day my husband and I went the Welcome Centre for dancing and eating your favourite snacks that everyone brought and shared. The folks were so friendly and welcoming! Sun Retreats in Dunedin is definitely a place I will go again!!

We loved this campground. It's small, cute, and the staff is friendly. The premium cottages are clean and well-designed! Thank you !

We found this place by accident, and we love it! A tiny cottage mobile home, with all the amenities. Even a half-size dishwasher. I'd never seen one before! It's one bedroom with a queen bed, and it has a full-size fridge, glass cook top stove, ceiling fans, full bath, all dishes, pots and pans, utensils, silverware, and glassware. This site through Sun Retreats, offers long-term lodging. It has a beautiful pool, activity center, fitness center, multiple coin laundry rooms, and they even sell laundry quarters! Laundry is reasonably priced, too. About $3 per load. It's also within a few miles of Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands, excellent restaurants, and shopping. We will stay here whenever were can!

I don’t have a single negative thing I could say about Sun Retreats Dunedin. The location, environment, community, and amenities are all impeccable! They do a great job of having activities for people and kids of all ages. I’ve truly never been to a place that is so welcoming.
