From jct I-4 (exit 58) & Hwy 532: Go 3 mi E on Hwy 532.
The places they rent out are full of mold. Windows and roof leak. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The walls were stained yellow from leaks and nicotine. The whole place is overrun with meth. People outside at all hours of the night. The staff didn't really care to help in any situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I'm going to be honest and brief. The owners of the Palms are excellent Landlords. They take care of this property daily. This place is a clean environment to relax or vacate. And there's amenties included
I currently reside there and find it quiet and peaceful. The kids enjoy it and the office is very nice - not racist at all per comments I seen below - Kathy and Becky are great. You make your lot what it is and I find mine to be just what I needed. No bugs No mold spacious and clean :)
If you're hispanic or black good luck trying to get in if you need a place. Nothing but Racist owners just plain and simple trailer trash junkies running the place. Roach and rat infested bunch of straight cats everywhere. You don't know who's the staff or tenant because they have junkies just everywhere watching what you're doing. Did i mention they're Racist?
This is a place for those in need. My wife and I are a mixed couple and have had no issues with racism. They were very inviting and helpful. Not every place is perfect but they make you feel at home and make sure your taken care of.
