It used to be a great place to live and visit but the new manager has ruined a lot of things that used to make it enjoyable. The heated pool is no longer heated and was way too cold to enjoy. The showers were nasty, broken handicap bench, mildew and just plain gross. It is no longer a place where you can go and enjoy your golden years .

Nice, quiet, senior park. The people here are very nice. They always speak to you when they are out and about. Age restricted 55 and up. I have 2 aunts and a cousin that spend the winters there. Located in a great area of Arcadia, Florida. The entrance is right by a traffic light. Lots of new businesses building in the area.

We had a great stay here. My husband and 2 dogs and our trailer. Clean and quiet. Very friendly owner who showed us to our site and blew off all debris from the surrounding area. We would stay here again
