Great getaway. Plenty of coffee rations for the modern person who likes strong coffee. The folks working there helped us jump our car after it decided the forest was its final resting place.

I love getaway and this is my second location after visiting Shenandoah a few times. Two days and nights of peaceful relaxation and cooking by the fire. Wed - Friday found me with no neighbors at all.

I love this place when I want to disconnect for a few days. It's always been quiet and peaceful when we've visited. Love cooking over the fire and being out in nature. There's a super cute Cafe a few minutes down the road called the Cryptid Cafe that has great food and awesome coffee. We went there twice during our short stay. Plus, we were able to bring our dog and she loves it.

I really like the cabins and had planned a trip to stay at this location but due to an unexpected cancer diagnosis had to postpone my trip.

Customer service did not work with me to obtain a credit for a future stay and I lost $100.

Very sad because I communicated with them regularly to see what could be done but they sent links to policies and then stopped responding.

Getaway is to help people get away and distract themselves from the anxieties of life. Being diagnosed with cancer is bad enough. I just wanted to get away.

Customer service needs to improve.

my partner and I came here this past weekend for an anniversary/ early Valentine's Day trip with our dog and it was easily the best trip we could have asked for! it was the perfect mixture of nature and city for when we drove into Nashville! we just got back this morning and we're already talking about where we want to go next with Getaway!
