About Campground

Welcome to Coyote View RV Park and RV Repair, a big rig-friendly campground located amidst farmland in the Northwestern corner of Tennessee. First opened in 2009 with ten full hookup pull-thru sites, the park today is under vibrant new ownership and has expanded to 45 full hook-up sites. Our amenities include full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric, and WiFi), an on-site laundry, restrooms with showers, a dog walking area, and a playground.

More than just a new name, as new owners since June 2021, we are committed to expanding the park with many new improvements, such as the addition of a certified RV repair technician to meet the on-site needs of our guests while providing an On-site & mobile RV repair service to the broader community. We are not only a family-owned and operated business but campers ourselves, with a first-hand understanding of outdoor hospitality. We traveled the USA in an RV for 14 years, living the RV lifestyle while working in the construction field. We were raised in Minnesota, where we also raised a family consisting of 4 children and ten grandchildren.

Coyote View RV Park offers a quiet atmosphere on the edge of Union City, Tennessee, a thriving community with locally owned businesses from antique shops to specialty stores for finding that unique treasure. There are also many local seasonal events throughout the year, including music and holiday festivals, arts and crafts fairs, and live theater. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and all of the amenities are just down the road, along with exceptional outdoor recreational opportunities such as fishing, eagle watching, and a deer and duck hunting paradise. Experience rural America at its finest!

I just stopped in while traveling through to dump. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The park was easy to find. Charge for bot staying at the park was only $10. Well worth it. Thx.

This is a small RV park. The sites are a little small but very level. The campground was very clean. The owner who helped us was great. If we are in the area again, we will stay here again for more than one night.

This was such a wonderful little place! We stayed about 3 weeks and the owners are extremely kind and friendly! Has some issues with out slide and awning and they helped out big time with that! Very quite spot, close to a little bit of everything from restaurants, shopping and some small local businesses! I loved the fact that across the streets is a giant corn field. Also the WiFi was perfect! Never slowed down or shut off or anything! Hard to find that in Rv parks due to everyone sharing it. Over all 12/10 experience :) hope we can come back in the future! This place is definitely amazing!

We stayed at Coyote View for almost a year while my husband worked in the area. There is onsite coin Laundry and showers that are available 24/7 and a small shop inside the office with things like heated hoses, plumbing parts and everyday items like toilet paper should you need something in a pinch. Jill and Lowell are wonderful, live on site, and are very welcoming and helpful on every front. During our time here we attended several pot lucks and cook outs hosted by the owners that were great for getting to know your neighbors. We had several issues arise during last winters hard freeze and having a certified RV technician on site and available was so helpful to all of us. The park is clean and well kept with a good mix of long term and passing through guests. There is a sense of community at this park. When you live your life on the road - you get used to goodbyes, but Jill and Lowell have created something really special here and I will very much miss this park. Hopefully, we will return for work in the future and can cross paths again.

I stayed approximately 2 1/2 months. Fantastic park. Most of the people staying there seem to be there for work. Lowell and Jill are absolute gems! I will definitely visit again!
