First time visiting this campground was on memorial weekend. The campground is great and a great location on the lake. Sites are large and spacious. Sites are fairly secluded from neighboring sites but still open enough to be friendly to the neighbors. Loved everything about the place. Only thing I could complain about is the sites are more sand than gravel, and it would be a little better to have more pea gravel. But it's not enough to stop me from coming back. Absolutely recommend this campground to anyone.

This picturesque lakeside campground had large, private sites, all with direct shoreline access and many with nice views - especially sunset. Picnic tables, fire pits, and grills were at every site we saw. Sites were level, with gravel. The only issue was long distance to the bathhouse from many of the sites.

Best campground all around! Very peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the water and a great view from your campsite! I hope to visit with you again soon!

THIS is our go to campground- love it. Sites are not too close together!! Quiet but kid friendly. Our biggest gripe is that several sites are often reserved and no one ever shows up! Thereby keeping people who WILL show up from booking! Sometimes the booking website has glitches. It’s becoming more and more difficult to get a site reserved there. Really wish there were a way they could help eliminate the no-shows for those of us who would actually show up to use the site! We asked the lady running the grounds last year how we could increase our chances of getting a site for the holiday weekends - (which we realize that when everyone goes)she only said just do it online, she was no help to us returning visitors for the last ten years. We Checked the site one year and two years ahead in an attempt to reserve for the Fourth of July and it says they’re completely booked in 2024, and in 2025! That’s messed up! We are now trying to find another campground that will be to our liking.
