I often drive through the park just to admire the lake, which is beautiful any time of year.
Beautiful small, State Parks. This is a great place for families to come with children. It is smaller than most state parks I've visited, but absolutely gorgeous views of the lake with lily pads, water lilies, trees, pretty flowers, lots of butterflies, and greenery. There are several campgrounds as well. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit this park, but if you're in the area, it is a must stop location for a but of nature soul nourishment.
Well maintained with plenty of playgrounds and picnic areas. Clean restrooms and the cabins are the perfect size for a thanksgiving retreat.
Super nice staff!! Bathrooms could use a little attention as far as spiders go but for the most part they were clean campground was quiet and very peaceful had a lot of fun with my son renting kayaks and going out on their little lake they have there miniature golf course is in good shape and was blown off no debris we did not visit the big golf course but I have a buddy that uses it all the time and loves it would highly recommend Jack Hill for a family getaway
