Well to be honest this is an okay place to park your RV but it's not a resort they definitely should take that off of the name.. having said that the lots were close together there looks to be like a lot of full-time campers here... All the hookups work fine

The reviews are accurate. I'm currently here now and can't wait to leave this whatever it is.

STAFF:

The only person on the staff that was ever helpful was Leslie, who booked my reservation. Julianna, who is the granddaughter of the "propane guy" (not sure what other role he plays here) really needs to find her calling in life and pursue it because working the front desk at an RV park is not it. She is very unhelpful and I think she might actually be a child...? Or just over 18, but she clearly does not want to work there and does as little as possible to facilitate a comfortable stay for guests. And finally, there's some guy that works in the office, too. Can't remember his name, but when I told him how my travel trailer was rolling back because of the terrible quality of pavement at my site and that I'd like a new space, he said that all sites were full and there was nothing he could or would do.

SITE:

As you can see below, site 37 is complete trash. It was actua;;y too small for my travel trailer; I had to move it! Yet, the sewage was a whopping 30 feet away from my bathroom black and gray tanks, and approximately 15 feet away from my kitchen gray tank (towards the back). It was placed right next to the water, which is generally not the case. And the power was also very far away. Poor design. Now, let's talk about this concrete... there is no reason why the concrete should be this way. With the money they're making, they should invest in repair. But they clearly aren't worried about it.

AMENITIES:

I never use the washhouses available as I have my own fully functioning bathroom. The laundry room is pretty lame; $2.50 to wash, which is normal, but $2.50 and a mandatory 60 minute dry cycle? That's excessive. It's just me, I don't have a whole farm of kids. Trying to get propane was really annoying because I had to deal with Julianna who would rather be doing something else. I get it, just hire someone else, not your unwilling relative.

It's really sad that people can be so uncaring and do so little for people spending money at their business. I was relieved when I booked this space because I'm here for work and it was kind of last minute, but now I see why space was available; after all, it was the last remaining RV park in the ATL area with availability for the above mentioned problems.

I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was so blessed to be able to stay at the Atlanta Marietta RV park. Michael and his family and everyone in the office, including Leslie, were such a blessing to me! ❤️💕They were able to help me with anything I needed help with concerning my new class B motorhome (as I had just purchased it, and had no clue how to do much of anything!) I had to cut my stay short as I had an emergency, but I’m hoping that I can stay there again and enjoy the coffee in the mornings, nice chit chat, and enjoy the friendliest people. This is a very peaceful place to stay with good accommodations! My dogs enjoyed the dog park immensely-Park goers with pups usually stay out of each other’s way and you are usually able to have your dogs in the dog park by yourself. I felt like I was leaving home as I left! Thank you all for everything. I will not forget your kindness: Hope to see you guys again soon! Very grateful for this place to stay and everything else. God bless y’all.

An older RV park. Parking pads are asphalt and/or concrete with lots of broken chunks and vegetation growing in the cracks. There was a cracked plastic item and other trash when we arrived at our site along with dog poop. The laundry room has good machines in an old building.
