Every year for the last 10 years I purchase fruit from my grandchildren, this year the fruit was not as good as normal. I contacted Florida Indian River Grove's by email because I was not happy with the fruit.

Within the hour I received a response from them. With an apology that I was not happy with my fruit. After two other emails Florida Indian River Groves advised me they would be refunding my money, and they did.

I will purchase fruit again next year because they stand behind their product. I will also encourage others to purchase from them.

My order of mixed naval oranges and grapefruits arrived nice and cold and they were so juicy and delicious!

I was a little worried with a January delivery given a cold snap going on, but the fruit arrived and it's gorgeous! The oranges and grapefruit are delicious. So glad to support the high school band program in such a tasty way.

We bought a variety case. Most of the items are green and covered in black spots. They "might" be fine on the inside but I'm hesitant to try.. If the products weren't ripe enough to pick, I think you should have notified the customers that there would be a delay. I'd rather wait a couple of weeks than receive awful looking product. At least these weren't a gift.

Amazing customer service! We ordered a box of grapefruit/oranges for our daughter's band fundraiser. When it arrived the grapefruit tasted great but the oranges had absolutely zero taste. That would equal a one star review but then they EARNED three additional stars for their customer service. After a call to them we received a letter stating they wanted to respond to our concerns and they offered a prompt resolution.
