It's the county line between Butte and Glenn counties on Highway 162.
My husband has been coming here since he was young. He has lots of wonderful fond memories of his youth here. My kids are in scouts and also have had the pleasure of staying here on multiplications. The camp held lots of outdoor activity.
Its absolutely beautiful...how can you resist that soothing sound of rushing water? Even though highway 99 is in the background its concrete and asphalt cannot compare to the powerful Butte Creek with its twists and turns, sand bars, and wild black berries and grape vines...
I have a tendancy to forget the rest of the world even exists while i am there at the creek!
