Open May 15- Sept 11 with services. Campground is open during the off season with no facilities, no fees, pack it in, pack it out.
Located approximately one mile west of I-5 off the Salt Creek/Gilman Road, exit 698. Lower Salt Creek area is located approximately 2 miles west on the Lower Salt Creek Road.
Overnight Camping $15/night. Day Use $10/day
One of the most beautiful places I have ever went swimming at my son absolutely loved it I would give it 10 stars but it only goes up to 5
Nice place to dry Camp. The train that came thru about 3-4 times a day was awesome to listen and watch. ATV in the area like to play late into the evenings for a bit of obtrusive noises but settled down around 9-10 pm.
Beautiful area. Very narrow road to get down to the water. $10 fee. No good for big boats to launch. The ramp is very neglected. The area is beautiful, great for picnics or kayaking. The water has 5mph boeys, but 2 boaters and a jetski were tearing threw there.
