Take Lake Macumber Road north from Hwy. 44 (about 4 miles west of Viola), drive 2 miles.
It's beautiful out there. Took my dogs out to play in the snow a bit and they had a blast. Pretty little lake. Would love to see the full campground one day
It was really a beautiful day. I had my limit of trout in about two hours. I gave the fish away to a Grandmother, an two Grandsons the trout they were so happy and grateful. I prayed this morning for a.limit of trout for a fresh fish dinner. I had no idea JESUS wanted them to enjoy the fish dinner. Hallelujah! Praise my Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST 🙏 GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏
Beautiful. Peaceful. My dogs love going there . With all the rain and snow we should have clean water . Its not that clean unless you go down street for the little man made dame and waterfall. Camp ground are clean and beautiful. I live 5 mins away . I love it .plenty of trails . I don't bring my phone because I've watched to many people lose the in the water .but next time I will show you . God bless you all and please take your family to the great outdoors. Experience nature .be at peace ,let you mind go to a spiritual place . Relax .it might take a while ,but you will at your own time .and leave refreshed .take God with you . He likes to be with you . Stay safe .God will keep you safe .
Small camp ground on lake. Closed for season. But pretty area to walk around. Not the best fishing though.
Nice place to visit to get out of the city. Nice hiking trail next to camp ground. Fishing can be tough in water run off from dam but there are brook trout there good place to bring a canoe, kayak to get into some rainbow trout
