While we love the lake, we had a campground neighbor who started blasting music around 4 pm and kept it going until 2 am. The last time we were there there was a person hollering drunkenly around midnight. This campground needs to be patrolled apparently because people are a-holes.

Very reasonable camping fees, nice tasting water, trash service. I heard the camp has been booked solid for months but fairly empty for our 4 days. Chose Medicine Lake to introduce grandkids to fish and fishing was really good. Kids and dogs enjoyed swimming while all enjoyed watching the ospreys fish.

It was a beautiful stay. The water was beautiful. Even watching the pollen river flow by was delightful. The rocks were a little troublesome at times, especially for a clumsy person. But I will definitely be there again.

Beautiful, camp sites well sized and spaced apart so even when it was full it didn't feel crowded. Beautiful lake, well kept grounds. A must visit.
