We have loved coming to this campground for several years. Each year, improvements and new additions are being added. The themes each weekend set it apart from the rest, scheduled planned activities each day are perfect for families. This place is a hidden gem in Illinois! The manager is involved and makes sure families are taken care of. We can’t wait for the many scheduled weekends and weekday vacation this year.

We go to Jellystone every year and this year was probably one of the best so far. The few downfalls were lack of picnic tables and fire pits in the new area, we also requested that once we got there and no one came to move any to our site. We also got there early and was able to check in but had to wait on golf cart. No one told us that when we came to get the golf cart later we would need $100.00 deposit or the drivers licenses of all driving. This could of been handled as we checked in amd just not given us the key for it.

Now on to better things.....the younger staff they have this year is amazing!!!! With the equipment they have added they also added some supervision to the pool area. NOT LIFEGUARDS, but supervision. These kids have so much fun with the kids at the pool. They sing, dance around, talk to them. And I'm not just talking about kids their own age, EVERYONE was given attention. The kids in the Cafe working, they are saints! The orders that were coming thru there, I never saw 1 of them look frustrated or overwhelmed. They had patience with the kids that came in and ordered.

My boys are 11 and they had an absolute blast this year. I recommend this place a lot but I will recommend it more now.

KUDOS TO THE MANAGEMENT FOR NOT CUTTING POSITIONS AND FOR HIRING A FULL STAFF.

I finally made it over to this park & had so much fun! Plenty of family friendly things to do & they also put on a lot of themed nights for their community to enjoy! Plenty of things to explore and experience for all ages! I went for the obstacle course and we ended up wake boarding for the first time! Very wonderful place and I can’t wait to go back! The staff on the beach are above and beyond amazing with getting everyone the proper life jackets and equipment, very helpful & I was very impressed! Good job! 👍🏾

Jellystone Pine Lakes Campground is truly a one-of-a-kind destination for anyone looking for a fun-filled camping experience. This place has it all, from cozy cabins to spacious campsites, and of course, plenty of activities to keep you and your little ones entertained.

One of the highlights of our stay at Jellystone Pine Lakes was the lake obstacle course. Let me tell you, this thing is not for the faint of heart. It's basically an inflatable obstacle course that floats in the middle of the lake, and it's as challenging as it is fun. We spent hours jumping, climbing, and sliding our way through the course. I was sore for days.

We also went fishing, took a dip in the pool, and even played a candy bar bingo! If you're looking for something a little more low-key, there's always smore's around the fire or taking a leisurely stroll on the trail around the lake.

The campsites themselves are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We rented one of the Cindy Bear cabins, which was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Overall, Jellystone Pine Lakes Campground is the perfect destination for anyone looking for a nostalgic good time. It's a lot of fun, and a great way to make some memories.

It is a fun camping place to spend a summer weekend with family and friends. There are two sets of Witbit - one for little kids and the other much bigger and more challenging one for teens and adults. Witbit vest is required. Paddle board, pool, water playground and water slides add additional fun. A beach rinse station and showers are available. Food can be purchased at reasonable prices. Kids will enjoy other fun facilities like playground ... . However, there is no life guard on duty as stated by the park, and dogs are not allowed to go into the water.

Note: You don't have to stay with the park. You can just go there to have fun for a day for $15/person. If you camp there, you can get $3 discount per person.
