Very nice campground. Will most definitely return. Nice beach area. Clean water perfect for young kids. Lots of wildlife as well.

Stayed on site #1 on Pine Field road. Site is not level so we had to add a few lifts to one tire on the RV. Nice long site but the hookups are at the back of the drive so you better have la long sewer hose, electrical, and water hose if you want to use more of the site. Staff is always pleasant and easy to reach. Store is cute with lots on nice CR items. Other than porta-pottys by the beach there is only one shower/bathroom building. Love the mature trees and "country" feel of the place. Most of the campground is made up of permanent, or seasonal, campers that are need of some TLC.

I was put off by a dog that roamed the park and easily came up to us as we walked past the on-site home, only to bare it's teeth and growl at me. Later he/she visited our campsite and proceeded to urinated on a tub we had outside, after which it headed to another site and was shooed away.

Been come to CR for a few years and do love the solitude. Campground could use a few updates to the posted signs and definitely the main entrance sign.

We will return.

Lovely place. I stayed in a primitive site for some tent camping. It's very quiet and peaceful here. The people that run it are super friendly.

Have been coming here 25 years + the owners are amazing, the grounds are beautiful with lots of ponds, one for swimming and others for fishing. Sites are good size (much bigger than some campgrounds we have been to). Golf carts are allowed for qualified drivers with insurance.

First time camping and we had a pretty good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downfall is while walking from the playground back to camp, their “watch dog” came after us a few times growling and chasing us off (small kids in a wagon and older child walking along side of me). After that it kept roaming to our campsite and each time, we had to run our kids in the camper and wait till she decided to wonder elsewhere. I hated to feel like we had to fear being outside when this dog showed up.
