If you're looking for a real "trailer park" experience then look no further. This place is a dump. Junk everywhere, the grass in our spot was about calf high, roads are filled with potholes, water does not drain from the spots, broken sewer connections leaving open venting of that amazing smell....I could go on and on. We've been RVing full time for nearly two years now and this was the worst place we've experienced. We couldn't leave fast enough.

Papa Don and Roger are great guys. Very friendly and helpful. They brought us a picnic table out of the blue. My wife and I usually do dispursed camping, but didn't see one on our route. We found this gem! We camp alot and this one of the best places we stayed at. Thanks Papa Don and Roger!!

We really loved staying here! We were here for about 2 months to visit family & really enjoyed our time. Owner was very helpful and kind. Could get muddy on rainy days. Felt safe and was really quiet aside for vehicles driving by on main road. Would recommend for passing through or long term and would definitely come back again.

I am very happy here. Although it says "campground" it's not like a KOA. It's more for people staying longer term. The manager seems a little crusty when you first meet him, but actually he is kind and helpful. The upkeep is very good. Grass is mowed in summer, grounds are neat and tidy. Neighbors are nice. Unlike my last place, I have not had any problems with neighbors yelling at each other or playing loud music late at night, etc. The manager is trying to create a sense of community here. If you are looking for a "campground vacation" experience, this is not for you. If you want a quiet, safe place to stay but don't need extras, I highly recommend.
