Resort s located at 3064 LA-1 in Grand Isle, LA. Take Louisiana Hwy 1 South to Grand Isle and you will find us in the center of the island. Resort is across the street from Yum's Restaurant and Pirate Daiquiri. RV sites are located on both sides of Hwy 1.

Great everything! Owners Cheryl and Shane are very friendly, always attentive. Short walk over the levee and your on the beach, its a clean often secluded beach, lots of privacy and great for children, get the poles out for surf fishing! RV sites have cement parking as well as level grass parking. Cross the street for starfish restaurant and Yums for very tasty gulf seafood. Try pirate daiquiri shop across the street with Jessica and Joy to mix a great drink! Sure fine grocery is a one stop shop if you forget something, they have everything. Great fishing off the bridge down the street too! Just make sure to watch the speed limit signs. Loved it so much we stayed longer and were going again.
I do not recommend this place after renting here several times befor we will never come back and this is why.
We are costumers of this place for over 5 years, we never had problems befor.
This last time we invited friends to come rent here and was such a disapoinment and embarrassment.
1. Secon day of arriving, we were told that someone complained from a dog barking 1 time (she was on a leash at all time) and if it happened again we would be kicked out no refund.
2. We rented 6 rv spots and 3 apparments we also brought a trailer and had to pay for parking like if it were to be an RV.
3.Owner was rude to one of my family members because she parked in drive way for 2 minutes. (minwhile she did not know she couldn't park there) she was rudely yelled to move her vehicle, and continuously signaling her to move while already moving her vehicle.
4.We were told to not wash clothes in our own rv do to swear issues, and that they had no capacity to sustain for water that we pay to use, we take good care of our rvs we were throwing out water that had sand from beach, not to sewer.
One of my family members didn't put up with them and defended her self, she asked for rule book of the place and there is nothing about washing clothes, or dogs, then they changed version and said "water is not the issue, it's the swer".
Most lots are a complete mess when it rains, no gravel or sement
I just think that if you do not have the place in well function shouldn't be renting, simple as that. I don't know what happened to them we never had issues in the past wish them nothing but good.
Super clean friendliest owners ever! They were also super helpful and informative. We had a great time! Beach was awesome loaded with crabs fish and shrimp! Be prepared to dolphin watch from the beach too!
We had a nice time. The rv park does have narrow slots, we could not extend our awning because we were too close to the next rv.
Can't put a rug on the grass.
Kiddos loved grand isle! Does have full hook ups and is on the beach!
