CUSTOME TOUCH VILLAGE/ NOW APART OF HIDDEN PONDS, was the worst experience of my life. They were the most rude people and they gave us such a hard time after paying almost $500 a week for 2 long, miserable months, we couldn't wait to get out of there. THEY had the nerve to take my 7 year old daughter's, 2 absolute favorite pets (her Beta Fish and her Albion Leapord Gecko-Mr.Handsome) and did lord knows what with them, as she called them,"disgusting creatures, that she had to get rid of" we had all of our belongings outside as we were leaving that place, and while we were grabbing our laundry from the laundry room on the other side of the park, they took our pets.....they had no remorse and said,"well we said no pets allowed" 🤬😡😠 my poor daughter.... she has been through a lot.... including her dad leaving us, and she was very very affected by that, it was also the last thing he got for her....it was devistating to say the least. I will never understand how people could be so cruel.
Poorly kept RV park. Electric box was bare wires, all sewage were open or caps were broken. Grass and weeds were tall. Needs some serious maintenance. Overpriced for what you get.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I highly recommend NOT to stay here the photos used are NOT how it appears in person. Poorly maintenance dirty, lots are small and tight, extremely close to your neighbor. The area isn’t safe the location is on the main road. DONT STAY HERE! THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY not worth 250 a week, much less $650-850 a month they are just money hungry!!! 👎👎👎
Update: I visited both sites and they both appear to be extremely close to your neighbor and dirty, and BOTH are off the main road. This place is a rip off! I moved to a different site that offers more and the price is the same. Overall, I’ll NEVER stay at Hidden ponds nor will I recommend this place!
I give it 2 stars most of the time it is quite which is a good thing, but I feel they are overpriced. The laundry mat they have is not 100% operational. Some work and some don’t certainly not the dryers. One time I spent $9 on them and my clothes were still wet. Now I go to laundry mat which is a lot cheaper and only 1 mile away. Don’t even get me started on the internet. From what I can see on the lawn care it is very poor. Apparently the only cut one strip at a time and you have to take of the grass around your own trailer if here for a long time.
Checked in last Monday 8/7/23 .. Seems like a pretty quiet place. But full of working men. Sure it has its moments lol.. Two decent sized ponds that definitely look like there could be a fish or 2. Right now they're just green...
Wifi works all over the park. Laundry on site.. $2 ea. reg wash and dry/ $3ea. Lg wash and dry.
2 bathhouses, although one down. But still a convenient addition . Convenience store right at the front of park that cooks. But you might rather go a mile and a half down the road to another store. The one in front has a horrible smell..
Oh there are gators in the ponds large enough to take a preteen or large dog.. So keep both away from waters edge.
