I am a resident and an employee of R&S , this is not just any mobile home park , it is a business and it is ran like a business!!! Our bathrooms and laundry room are cleaned every day!! The grounds are kept very clean , also our rentals are cleaned after every single customer!!! My bosses are such wonderful people !! Also the park is monitored 24 hours a day for your security,and they fix everything on the spot ! SO PLEASE COME JOIN US AT R&S AND HAVE STAY!!😉😉😁
I have lived in this RV park for 3 years now. It is safe and secure. Cameras are placed in all areas of the park. Well lighted at night and quite. A twin shower house for convenience, also a laundry matt. The owners are dedicated to keeping everything about this park clean. The grounds are maintained perfectly, showers and laundry room are very clean. the only reason I would consider moving is that my work takes me else where.
Some spots have power lines hanging to low for fifth wheel to park. Choose your spot carefully, Some of the 30 amp spots have 50 amp service also
Very well maintained camp ground. The managers there are so helpful, so kind and very helpful on food eateries, casino, etc. Will definitely stat here again. The laundry room is top notch, the shower house I never used but looked very nice. Thank you so much for the help of everything even the canned pumpkin lol.
I'm pretty sure that if you look up "southern hospitality" in the dictionary, there's a picture of Felix and Lorena. They've made me feel less like a tenant and more like a member of the family. The property is clean and well maintained, and I really like the location (there is a train that runs regularly along the back of the property, but I find it actually helps me sleep a little better).
