Can someone tell if the casino and the restaurant is already open?
We miss Diamond Jacks Hotel + Casino Bossier. Bring it back, with the Buffet and no sports book.
You are always the winner, the people are the best to talk with nice and friendly. And Buffets were always the greatest especially the king crabs!
I had worked there from April 2011 to May 2012 at the hotel side and it was the worst place to work there. The manager wasn't nice and some of the employees were ok to work with depending on who you is with. I'm not going to name anybody but there was a supervisor that was very unprofessional on the floor with me one time and he tried to apologize to me but forced me to sign a verbal warning on me. I'm glad that I'm not there anymore
This casino went downhill slowly after it became Diamond Jacks, was previously Isle of Capri, the place was down right nasty just before it closed, it smelled and the parking garage was pure nasty. They blame Covid but Covid was the just last nail in the coffin for a already dying Casino, back in the day when it was ran properly it was the best Casino in Shreveport/Bossier!
