Don’t even waste your time…HORRIBLE mobile home park!! Worst experience ever!! Wish I could give ‘em 0 stars!
She had ni refrigerator shes been there 2 months. Office said they will replace it but never did
0 stars lol I never thought I would be grateful for being evicted . Didn’t wana pay rent because they wouldn’t come fix my over flowing sink , provided us w molded ACs fam and I stayed sick, and the trailer was so beat apart . now, after getting a new place, I notice that is the main reason I’ve been so depressed there . It was horrible and this place def hit below the bar LMAO . Also lease included rent had to be non paid as of 15 days to be considered nonpayment - we were two days late . Were late one time before but paid late fees and within 15 day period ….But, THANK YALL found a better place just in time and have never been more grateful , sad it’s on rental history but where I’m at now won’t be leaving till I get a house . Stay blessed
the WORST place we’ve ever lived. we had so many issues while living there and asked management multiple times to fix them. we were blatantly ignored every time. over half of our sockets didn’t work, our oven didn’t work, half of our stovetop didn’t work, bugs were everywhere. I’m ecstatic we got out of there fast. everything was a complete mess. do yourself a favor and find a better place to live!!!!!
