This place is owned by a family who is just outright rude. We were coming in on a Sunday and asked prior if children were allowed, they asked ages and stated that it would be okay. We met the owner at the office and he had an attitude immediately. We made it all the way through registering for a spot and going over the rules then when it was time to pay, the owner states “I’m not comfortable with the kids and I would rather you go somewhere else”. We asked why he would let us pull in our camper and go through all that just to say he’s uncomfortable with children. He said you can just leave. What a piece of trash. There are too many amazing rv park owners we met near the area to deal with this rude family.

I can't think of staying anywhere else. The Owners are super friendly. You can't beat these prices.

I spent 3 months living her full time and the park and its owners were great! As a young woman living by herself for the first time I consistently felt safe and anytime I needed help it was available. They had mailboxes available on the property, and a great monthly rate. The only negatives is wifi is not great for streaming services unless you are booking up your own connection and most spots are gravel. If you’re looking for a great, safe, spot just outside of the city this is a great one! Highly recommend!

We stay at this park every time we work in this area. Everyone we've spoke to has always been nice. Haven't been able to use WIFI, it's to slow. Wish they would up grade WIFI, it would really be nice. Trains loud certain times of the day. But overall we've enjoyed staying here. Charge $550 for 50amp, $500 for 30amp & $200.00 weekly.

Nice Rv park . Laundromat on site . Dogs allowed. Mailboxes. And you can have packages delivered.

When we stay we prefer to

Get along the fence rows. There is a train track behind the park . It’s loud . But after a few times of it going by . You honestly get use to it and can’t really tell it’s even there .
