Prompt, thorough service. Willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is taken care of by a sweet older gentleman who will go to a lot of effort to take care of everything he can

Tiffany and Charles are always on their A game. Always taking care of the community making us feel safe. We’ve only been living here for almost a year and we’ve never felt safer than here with them. Thank you so much for all you do for us and the community and for being so caring and friendly.

I am new to the community and my experience moving here was extraordinary.

I moved here from Michigan.

Tiffany was so helpful to make it possible for me to move in. She corresponded with me in Michigan and my daughter here in Longview to make this as easy as possible for me. She truly is an awesome person. Got to meet Charles as well and l am impressed of their kind and professional demeanor.

Thank you Tiffany for all the hard work.

I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone. They go up on the lot rent every year talking about to manage the park better. But they don’t do anything you are responsible for your own lot. So why keep going up on lot rent. While living there they didn’t pay the water bill for the park even though the water is included in lot rent. This place has the worst sewage problem. We had issues with our plumbing and when we called the plumber we were told it’s the park problem because it was something wrong underground. But they didn’t want to fix it. And since we have moved out they want to try to bill us for the plumbing issues that was underground.
