One of the nicer RV resorts I've been too. Many things to do. Kids had a blast and met friends at the playground. It was too cold to use the pool. Big rig friendly. Grass by sites did get swampy after a hard rain which makes the cement pads worth it. Pond had ducks and was also part of the most gorgeous sunset to view despite not having a spot right next to it, we enjoyed every morning.

We didn't get to try out the escape rooms but they look fun, and there is a BBQ joint within walking distance at the entrance of the road which we tried for breakfast and it was amazing. So good!

We came here to go to a Dallas Cowboys game, it was an hour drive to the stadium from here.

They are building tree house type cabins currently and their current cabins look nice from the outside.

Despite this being a small stop for us, we found that Canton has a huge vendor market the first Monday of every month, so if you stop in and you're able to catch the market, it's just on the other side of the highway.

This is a very nice property. The RV slots are generous and clean. The food at on-site restaurant is delish.

This place has so much potential to be great, but the customer service!!!! 0/10. We attended a wedding that was hosted there and for the entire guest list it was issue after issue. As for us personally, my mom and I rented a cabin and my brother and his fiancé got a wagon. Upon arrival (obviously past check in time) we got the key to both our rentals. Our cabin was fine, but my brothers wagon had been slept in and never cleaned. Before even walking in the door of the wagon there were 14 dead/half alive wasps right at the door step, all 3 beds slept in, towels everywhere, just obviously slept in and not cleaned. The very second we walked in the office to address this it was hostile. Long story short, they were not comfortable staying there any longer with all of the wasps, didn’t want to wait for it to be cleaned, etc, but they were originally told they would get no money back even though it was not clean upon checkin. It took a lot to have a manager called and then it was eventually refunded and it was worked out for them to stay in a cabin. But customer service was AWFUL. The host of the wedding was pretty much told they didn’t need their business, they get business anyways because of trade days, the rest of our party experienced issues with this as well, even as far as them calling a guest an “a-hole”. As stated before, this place has the potential to be really nice and we enjoyed our actual cabin but we would not recommend this establishment based on our experiences.

Great location if you are coming to shop at Trade Days, very pretty and quiet and the food at the restaurant is was good and their was live music. For the price the cabins are very basic, WiFi didn’t work, we didn’t have a fire pit or a grille, comfortable bed but NO TV, no toiletries, not even an extra roll of toilet paper, it says the kitchen area has flatware and things like that but there was absolutely nothing and you have to take out your own trash when you checkout.

My wife and I had our wedding back in October and the day went super smooth considering the weather we got. Misty was super helpful throughout the whole process and her entire staff was great! The day of the wedding, she made sure she did everything she could to make things as less stressful as possible for us. We had also rented out their Big Ranch house for the weekend for the wedding party and it was a perfect for them. Both their ranch house and cabins were super clean.
