I love this place! I call it home! The owners are amazing, clean restrooms and showers, very nice. Laundry room is always clean, mail delivery, I would recommend this great place for anyone to call home! $100 electric deposit, $305.rent includes water, sewer, garbage, cable and internet, pet friendly, dog park, concrete parking small open space to set out at night. Very convenient to 7-11, dollar store, Walmart and several fast food restaurants. All within 15 minutes of home! Give them a call, excellent place!

We only stopped to use the RV dump and flush out the tank for a needed repair. I was greeted warmly and provided with good directions. Park was well maintained. RV dump was conveniently located low enough for my older RV to flush easily.

Stayed here almost 2 years and at first it was great. After last year's storms, electricity went sky high. One of my neighbors said the manager said he was charged $ 0.16 a kw/hour. Electric bill was more than double of the month it was from year before. In my 32 trailer had to pay $250+ for electric in summer. December this year had to pay over $ 150. Plus he raised rent in January. Anyway great place that has gone WAY downhill. The restrooms/showers are always filthy. Manager seems great at first then you find him shady.
