Currently here and the owner or grounds keeper is horrible. Dude called me and told me my 2022 camper looked like trash around it cause I had three life jackets laid out around the hitch to dry from my kids swimming that day, he told me co-worker his kids were tearing up his roads cause they was playing with little plastic green army men in the rocks around the camper. He stated “ they was digging holes and destroying his property. I DO NOT recommend this place!

Spots are great and the noise from I20 isn't as bad as some places I've stayed. The water pressure is definitely an issue, but the wifi is an even bigger one as its continually going out or spotty but then again so is Verizon service in the general area. Overall it's in a great location and has been a pleasure being here.

We have been here for almost 2 weeks and I have no complaints! My husband and I, our two kids and dogs are staying in the RV in between selling and buying houses. Very well maintained, lots of open space to walk dogs and kids to play. Laundry room is clean and well maintained and I feel very safe here!

We stayed at this RV park October 1-3, 2021. We were in town to attend the Lonestar 600 race at the dirt track down the road. We have absolutely no complaints about the park, it was quiet and nice. They had an open grassy area that was perfect for playing with our large dogs. The park seemed very safe and comfortable even at night. The sites are pretty small width wise but considering the location and lack of RV parks I can value making the most of your land. The sites do however have a decent length to allow for parking. We had our 40ft RV with 4 slides, our one ton dually pick up, and a small SUV all parked within our site. It was snug but we made it work without issue. The management was very sweet on the phone and we enjoyed taking care of everything on the phone without having to make time to go to the office during our busy stay.

Very convenient stopping spot close to Rt 20 so there is some truck noise but its not excessive. Clean, level & some larger sites. Definitely would use this park again. Major stores & food choices close by.
