It was HOT!!! We had a great site on the lake, but no shade. All concrete pad and patio. Full hookups. No cable (not important to us). It appears most of the park is full time monthly rental sites. Office personnel, Stephanie and Cheyenne was super friendly and helpful. Awesome huge laundry room. Fair price! Just under $50 per night. Website not very helpful. No pictures of sites and you must call in for reservations. We stayed 4 nights. We would stay here again only when it's cooler.
This place did not meet expectations, I seriously don’t recommend coming here . I heard back then with the old management it used to be amazing so we decided to try it out again with the new owners but it’s not worth a single penny . We had paid for #16 cabin that comes with tv , shower , queen bed , and restroom . None of these things worked. Tv was disconnected, toilet was cracked water that came out every time we flushed , sink didn’t have knobs , floor full of dead insects after them charging us almost $30 for cleaning service . We basically did the cleaning ourselves. Whenever we brought the problems up to the office they were no help , manager gave us the key to another cabin to “ only use the shower , we have no one to clean at the moment “ all that had to be done was change sheets and disinfect . We had to ask for a refund that thank god it was approved because they know this wasn’t fair since we had paid additional for all those necessities for them to not work . Please think twice before coming here . I wouldn’t want anyone to not enjoy their fishing vacation.
Had awesome spot in my RV, but had to weed eat the area and loaned my weed eater to others to do the same. This place would be awesome if they would maintain the grounds and do some much needed maintenance.
Been coming here for years and this will be my last time. New ownership doesn’t seem to be interested in making any repairs. They have 6 bathrooms/restrooms and only one can be used and no hot water at the sink. Most of their cabins are shut down needing repairs. We had to supply all toilet paper and paper towels for the bathroom. A storm destroyed one of the boat houses and shut down the use of the boat ramp. They never called to let us know about the conditions. This place has really become a dump. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
Going down hill. Up keep on Resort is Rediculious Poor.. 1/2 of a public Nasty seldom ever usable. Sites are over grown with 20inck high grass and weeds. Club House is 1/2 open the other half roof is caving in and falling into the building
