If you are on I-30, please take the exit to go SOUTH on US highway 69. We are on your left side (east side of highway 69) within about 2.5 miles.
Seems like a fairly nice clean friendly safe place to stay... I was just visiting a friend so my view is from my first impression... Better detail with park upkeep and maintenance along with electrical up to code compliance in some areas would be an improvement... Some pad site surfaces in my opinion could be improved with better preparation and eye for detail as some folks stay long term...
Place is quiet and peaceful. Rent is great price, Has a laundry room, can get ur mail here. The water pressure is weak, just like the wifi..
Older established park , clean and very helpful friendly staff. WI-FI was strong. Water pressure was very good. Short term sites were long, wide, and pretty level for gravel. My truck and 38’ fifth wheel had plenty of room. It was also very quiet at night.
