Nice little campground. I stayed for a month because I’m working in the area. Didn’t have any issues, quiet little park everyone stays to themselves. Spots are pretty tight though in the gravel spot I was in. The concrete pads have plenty of room. The WiFi was also surprisingly fast.
Mostly long-term residents. It's not a resort so its not necessarily a kid friendly park. Albeit there is a pond that is stocked full of fish that kids would love to fish in. It is a very quiet and peaceful rv park. Monthly price is very reasonable. The manager Paula was very helpful. I liked her energy. The other Mgr/Grounds guy Shane was easy to get along with. We didn't need anything but he gave us the impression that if we did we would be accommodated.
I'm told there isn't an office. I made reservation for the night on their website. I don't know if that means there isn't anyone nearby to fix things but there is a phone number to call. There is quite a bit of mud right now. They advertise gravel sites but it's apparent they need more. I appreciate the trees and grass. The price is very reasonable though it does have any facilities to use. I did find what looked like could be bathrooms but had a combination lock and I wasn't given any code. As we were leaving we found the laundry room with coin operated machines.
The owner is amazing and very friendly! I love the service, I love the property and I love the amenities!

YOU WILL LOVE IT!
