Campsite: LeFleur's Bluff State Park

Nice hidden gem in the middle of the city. Plenty of walking to do and apparently fishing although I didn't fish. Most RV spots have concrete pads with water and electric. There is a sewage dump site on the way out.

Campsite: A Plus RV Park

It is a simple place, family owned and operated. Really nice family by the way. It has an outdoor picnic area, bathroom, shower, laundry, office with an indoor seating area that includes pub tables and chairs. The bathrooms have a combination lock. When you unlock the door you first step into the laundry room (not coin operated by the way, yes, free) then go into the shower/bathroom. Shower is roomy with a bench built in and has a curtain. The toilet is in its own little cubby beside the shower. The rest of the room has a bench about 6 feet long. So there is a lot of room to put your stuff and it not get wet while showering. Women's side is identical with its own laundry and all. Aside from needing to fill in some holes in the road that fill with water when it rains I give a solid 4 stars.

Campsite: Marshall RV Park

I'm told there isn't an office. I made reservation for the night on their website. I don't know if that means there isn't anyone nearby to fix things but there is a phone number to call. There is quite a bit of mud right now. They advertise gravel sites but it's apparent they need more. I appreciate the trees and grass. The price is very reasonable though it does have any facilities to use. I did find what looked like could be bathrooms but had a combination lock and I wasn't given any code. As we were leaving we found the laundry room with coin operated machines.
